Maison Solidarité Femmes 95

The Maison Solidarité Femmes 95 is an association, recreated in March 2024, with a focused ambition. It aims to offer the first protected support and professional integration network for women victims of violence. The target groups include women in precarious situations and those with disabilities.

The project has two main focuses. Work is undertaken with the victim to deconstruct the violence she has experienced, and encourage her to regain her self-esteem and project herself resiliently into the future. At the same time, an integration workshop has been set up in the building and civil engineering sector. The women assisted are placed in real-life work situations and are supervised by a technical supervisor who guarantees their safety and teaches them the skills involved in the painter's trade. With the support of the Veolia Foundation, the Maison Solidarité Femmes 95 relies on the restoration of Ile-de-France's listed heritage to bring its integration project to life.

Breaking out of isolation, regaining self-confidence and enhancing skills are all levers that will enable them to project themselves into a brighter future.
