Long-term combat against cholera in the Democratic Republic of Congo: a successful partnership

Last Tuesday, Thierry Vandevelde, Executive Officer of the Veolia Foundation, spoke with Martin Leménager of the Agence Française de Développement about the challenges of co-construction in the framework of combating cholera in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The conference provided an opportunity for the different speakers to talk about their shared vision of the important complementary role played by the private sector in implementing post-2015 development goals in partnership with recognized development aid institutions.

Thierry Vandevelde explains the program to combat cholera conducted by the Foundation with the Agence Française de Développement in the Democratic Republic of Congo, emphasizing the importance of building long-term multi-stakeholder partnerships as a "key to success".
