Young people, especially students, show a strong capacity for engagement. Created in conjunction with the Human Resources Department, the Student Solidarity Prize rewards innovative projects initiated by higher education student associations in connection with the Foundation's main areas of action.

What is the Student Solidarity Prize?

  • Promoting student initiatives and involvement in projects of general interest.
  • 48 winning associations around the world over the last 16 years.

Why take part?

  1. Benefit from the expertise of a Veolia employee and technical support.
  2. Fund part of the project with an endowment from the Veolia Foundation.

Who is the Prize for?

Associations made up of students in France or French-speaking countries with a project in one of the Veolia Foundation's three areas of intervention:

  • Humanitarian emergencies and development aid
  • Social links and support towards employment
  • Protection of the environment and biodiversity
