Aquaforce RO

A mobile brackish water treatment unit, the Aquaforce RO can supply 15 to 20 liters of drinking water per person per day to a population of 2,000, either independently or in conjunction with the Aquaforce 2000.

The Aquaforce RO brackish water treatment unit is particularly well-suited to off-site production in hard-to-reach areas, and is used in humanitarian contexts.

Based on reverse osmosis to treat dissolved salts, it enables the Aquaforce 2000 to be used to treat the salinity of certain sources.

Reverse osmosis:

The system can treat brackish water up to 20,000 ppm, with permeate quality within WHO standards < 2000 µS/cm.

Senegal, March 2024

In a rural region of Senegal, two desalination experts have installed a drinking water treatment plant to provide the population with access to quality water.

Pyrénées-Orientales, January 2023

Deployment of the Aquaforce RO was tested and validated in January 2023, during a field trial carried out in the Pyrénées-Orientales region of France. The deployment, which took place in conditions close to humanitarian field conditions, validated the station's deployability. The unit is now operational.
